Storyteller born in Uruguay, with one foot in La Segarra and the other in Barcelona at present, she has Brasilian, Argentinan, Scottish, Italian and Irish roots. She is a polyglot (Spanish, Catalan, Swedish) due to her roving childhood traveling  from one country to another. However, it was through her love and passion for her Brazilian and jazz music record collection that she learned Portuguese and English.

The sound of words and silence brought her to the sound of stories.

She graduated in Drama from the Escuela Multidisciplinaria de Arte Dramático Margarita Xirgu, in Montevideo. She has also developed other disciplines like singing, classic and contemporary ballet, body language and pantomime.

She performs her stories in pubs, auditoriums and community centers, also collaborating with public libraries, primary and secondary schools, bookstores and museums (Museu Etnològic, Museu de la Música, Museu Comarcal de Cervera, Museu Picasso, Fundació Palau).

She particitpates in many storytelling projects both locally (Nascuts per llegir, Plans d’entorn) and internationally (Contando Histórias – Um diálogo entre a Espanha e o Brasil), and she has been invited to festivals like: Festival de la Palabra 2007 and 2011, Alcalá de Henares; Maratón Viajera, Guadalajara, 2006; La Ruta de los Cuentos Blancos, 2007, Cádiz; XVI Noche de los Cuentos, La Laguna (Tenerife), 2008 and 2012; Encontes 6º Festival de Narración Oral de Altea, 2009; Festival Etnosur, Alcalá la Real (Jaén), 2013;  FLIC Festival de Literatures i Arts Infantil i Juvenil (Barcelona), 2014; Fraga T Cuenta, Fraga (Huesca), 2014; Ahoz Aho, Ordizia and Tolosa (Gipuzkoa), 2014; En Úbeda se cuenta (Jaén), 2016.

From 2004 til 2008, she organised and ran the storytelling sessions for adults at the Dubliners Pub in L’Hospitalet, Barcelona.

As a founding partner of LASSAL Accions Culturals, she coordinated projects like Contes a l’Aula (storytelling), and LASSAL a Casa Anita (reading encouragement activities).

Member of ANIN (Catalan Association of Storytellers), she has been part of its board as vice-president and part of the editorial staff of its magazine revista N; she has also actively taken part in working groups such as the “tertulia” (monthly gathering) or the FEST (Federation for European Storytelling) delegation.
